Fairmount Road - Affordable Multi-Family
This plan considers a 7 acre site restricted
by the large buffered wetlands and steep wooded terrain. The most
sensitive approach creates five separate buildings with ten or twelve
apartments in a 40/60 mix of one and two bed units. Parking
is on grade and accessed from a continuous loop road near around the
apartment blocks. The use of traditional residential style materials
and simple gable roofes completes the massing.
